Exchange and Return Policy

At HUNDRED COLORS, we believe in the importance of our customer satisfaction and strive to provide a hassle-free printing experience through a clear and transparent exchange and return policy.

1. Sample and color approval

We provide a preliminary sample to the client for design and color approval before final printing. Sample approval serves as the client's confirmation that the work meets their requirements and expectations.

2. Reprinting

If there is a significant difference between the approved sample and the final product (either in design or colors), the store is obligated to reprint at no additional cost, and to the same specifications as previously approved.

3. Exceptions

There are some cases that are not covered by exchange or return, including:

• Slight variations in color shades may occur due to differences in display screens or the nature of materials.
• Errors resulting from incorrect files or data provided by the customer.
• The customer's desire to modify the design or change the specifications after the sample has been approved and implementation has begun.
